It's okay

Mechanical design engineer

Business Outlook

Pros

You can change your schedule after 90 days. You get a bonus sometimes. You can make time up. You get OT sometimes. It's work from home.

Cons

Micro management. Not respectful of pronouns or preferred name. Point system. They mess with conformance to make it to where you don't get a bonus. They mess with your aph.
