The only positive was the opportunity to observe how a large retail brand operates. Unfortunately, that was overshadowed by a toxic work environment.
Cons
I had a very disappointing experience working at Sephora. The work environment was far from positive or supportive, and I found the overall culture to be unprofessional. Employees were often treated more like tools than valued team members, with little regard for their well-being or professional growth. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it as a healthy or respectful place to work.
