Free make up and perks.

Cons

They will try and push out employees they do not like and are very unprofessional. Lots of drama.

Pros

education, entry level pay, opportunity to move up if you make it clear you want to move up and out as soon as possoble

Cons

pay is uneven across the store: if you are a beauty studio artist you can be paid fairly close to a cashier or greeter, level of work

Pros

Gratis is good. If you get a nice cast then working is fun. You learn a lot.

Cons

The leadership team often does not connect with cast and remains unhelpful. Gratis is not distributed fairly; instead it goes by popularity. Hours are subject to change and be cut at a moments notice.
