      Fun to work at I can be my self and wear fun makeup and hair I learn so much

      Cons

      It can be VERY demanding Promises for advancements can come slowly but I believe this is a varied thing based of the individual stores.

      The best work experience of my life. Sephora paid well and treated me even better. I wish I would have never left.

      Pros

      So many freebies and perks it was unbelievable. So much training and product knowledge from high end vendors. I was able to speak freely and knowledgeably about the product because I was able to try it out. I had bags and bags of product from all of the "gratis" and contests I won.

      Cons

      On your feet a lot, sometimes you needed to stay late due the high volume, and I hated inventory.
