Be advised... This company may be up there on the Forbes list but it depends in what store you work at. I worked at this company for years and went through 4 store managers, one that was fired for sexually harassing employees. Salaries are competitive but they cheat people who have worked there for years and have new people come in with higher salaries, that's not fair. They will cut your hours and your days when they don't make budget. Good luck being able to pay your bills on those weeks. But the store managers will make a bonus on your behalf. No benefits unless you are full time and they don't give those out often. Don't walk.. Run in the opposite direction!

Mundane, under- stimulating, lowest pay for the highest amount of work in the Cosmetic Industry. No matter all the education or experience you have--its only Sephoras' way. There needs to be more career opportunities and ways to advance.
