      Great atmosphere, very fun. Company values are excellent, and they support work/life balance.

      Unprofessional management, under appreciated/under valued, minimum wage for such a demanding and fast paced job.

      - GRATISSSS! So much of it. If you're a freelance artist, you'll save a lot on the free stuff you'll get - The team culture is surprisingly welcoming, nonjudgmental and supportive. Great people! - Training opportunities - Generous employee discount

      Cons

      - Huge double standards with the rules that management enforce on the team versus what they practice among each other - Style of management is very much micromanaging. Getting reprimanded like high school kids - Biases based on favoritism rather than on merit of performance - No and i mean NO penalty for weekend rates. Only receive penalty for public holidays if you get rostered on for a full shift
