Pros

Great learning experience about makeup and skincare. Free onsite training about brands. Also they give you gratis (free stuff, most are sample sized but some are full sized). These depend on your performance, the more sales you have the more gratis you'll get. Great hours and willing to accomodate you wether you're sick (broken arm, etc) or if you need a day off. Staff and management is very friendly and respectful. All hair styles are accepted, facial piercings too(limit on face). Good discount on sephora brand products.
