Pros

They take a good care at employee selection, which assures a team cohesion. Everyone will help each other and will act as a big family. The fact that Sephora's employees are not paid at commission helps a lot too. Core cast members are paid depending on whether the store target was reached or not.

Cons

As a seasonal employee, I was paid minimal wages, which I can understand for the type of job, however, when your employees are paid this low and your products are high end products, the discount should be higher if you want your team to be able to try products and better recommend them to clients.
