Benefits and I guess after 4 years you make $29+ hr every wants this job until they get it. Gotta have an amazing support system

Cons

Get your schedule the day of for example if your on the slate you have to call in every day at 10 AM to find out if you have to report or will you have a run for the day if you report you can sit up to 4 hours one day I reported at 230pm for a few hours then boom I got a run from 609pm-4am I was pissed then I had to call at 10 am for my work assignment for da day it mentally draining and some runs have swing shifts work few hours off few hours back to work few hours

Very good benefits great salary plenty of overtime vacation sell back

Cons

The first five years lots of sporadic work up and down schedules possible sleep deprivation very little personal time you earn a great living but not a great place to work
