Great company to build a career

Pros

Pay is great. Opportunity is endless to build a career and provide for your family. Transportation is 24-7 but you will be compensated well for your time.

Cons

Work hours and shifts vary. If you are looking for a 9-5 then you need an administrative position but if you want to drive a vehicle and make money the shifts can change on a daily basis when you first start out.

Pros

The great benefits with this company is greatly appreciated. Septa is fair and treats employees very well. I'd recommend employment with this company to everyone.

Cons

Some of the downsides of working here is the disrespect from some of the passengers towards the operators. If there's a interruption of service, the operator is the first one blamed and mistreated by the passengers.
