Overall the culture is good internally at Sequence, however consultant role feels more like a contract position

Company gives a good opportunity to get into the life science field that have fewer opportunity otherwise. Good training. company is fair. Internal culture is great

Cons

Contract positions disguised as consultant. Benefits are not comparable to imrest of industry. Your experience is signicsntly tied to that of the client.
