Pros

Every company has it's pros and cons but I believe that Sequence focuses on the most important aspects that typically make or break a company. Sequence strives to uphold fairness, integrity, and caring with respect to it's employees and in return attracts people who hold themselves to a high standard both personally and professionally. This allows for success by creating strong project teams that consistently delivery high quality service to every client.

Cons

Sequence should continue to improve on communication propagation down to the individuals as the company continues to expand and rollout new methods/policies.

Pros

Sequence is truly a fantastic company to work for with a great group of people to work with. The core values that Sequence holds are second to none. At Sequence, you are more than just an employee number. We get to know people as individuals. The team environment and work structure support a very healthy work/life balance as well. There are also significant opportunities to develop and grow within the company. Training and mentoring are readily available to aid in professional growth in the industry. Training is also available and encouraged to follow your desired career path. Every individual I have worked with is easy to talk to, has a passion for the work we do, and is always ready to collaborate to share knowledge/experience to help the team.

Cons

In my experience with Sequence, I have not come across a con. Any obstacles, challenges, or changes that come up are handled professionally, and every aspect of the job is transparent throughout the team.
