Additionally, the Boston office is extremely small, requiring employees to work out of a conference room when they come into the office once a week. Furthermore, the nature of the job involves predominantly remote work or solitary office work, since most people do not come into the office besides one day a week,which reduces opportunities for team collaboration and can affect overall team cohesion.
