Pros

Sequoia Living promotes a very positive and healthy working environment. From the top to the bottom, everyone is really nice to work with/ work for. Sequoia Living offers competitive pay with amazing benefits + offer a lot of programs that are very pro employee; from scholarships to counseling and all other employee programs.

Cons

Some departments are short staffed and they could really use the coverage

Pros

Had the potential to become a great team effort for residents to feel cared for in their concerns and employees to feel dedicated and loyal to an overall mission of excellence delivered.

Cons

Unfortunately, all the hype lives on paper & their website. In real life their lack of management experience was glaring from day #1 of 'training' as all it takes is one complaint from a co-worker to destroy the good potential of other workers. Total lack of HR understanding & this will lead to lawsuits. Sequoia is disaster.
