Pros
good place to make friends there are regular opportunities to have nights out with your team members and they do support each other inside and outside work.
Cons
poor management structure, the team managers are given too much to do without much training and proper tools and the pay is not enough for the responsibilities they have to undertake. I have seen managers break down due to the stress they go through during my time there and their frustration at times can be directed towards the team members.
