Nice place to work if you don't mind going in circles!
Pros
Staff are extremely friendly and the flat structure eliminates any sense of negative hierarchy within the business. The Managing Director is highly visible, knows every employee by name and makes every effort to be as transparent as possible within the business. The working environment is flexible due to numerous sites available within London and home working is available to all members of staff.
Cons
Constant internal changes inhibit the organisation's ability to grow effectively. You can spend time planning for future activities only for the situation to change taking you back to square one. While you might expect this every so often, monthly changes make it difficult to move forward. Teams, while friendly, too often work in silo from each other restricting the company's ability to share information and work with a common purpose. The term, 'herding cats' springs to mind and that's just the senior managers. The desire to constantly hit financial targets inhibits business development in terms of active selling and adequate promotional activity.
