Pros

There were no pros, as pay is poor, flexibility is ousted by pressure to conform to the manager's ever-changing schedules, and the place smacks of insincerity.

Cons

Yes, this company raises money for charities. It also plays dirty. Managers have told teams that people who are rude should be harassed with calls, people have been dismissed without warnings, and there is a black hole where leadership should be. I found it extremely difficult to bully people out of money - and make no mistake, that is what the Listening Company do. Virtually everyone is old and is subject to being worn down, and management know it. There is no shame here. I fo

Pros

hires anyone, great work environment, no cheap people ,all from good homes (sounds fake but its true) , expensive building environment interiors, safe for girls , home drops safe at night 3am because of security guard in every car. salary 17,600 + overtime Rs 7,000 for working on saturday sunday. , overtime is 150 - 200 /hour. here everybody does ot and take home on avg 33,000 . i took 45,000 /month. i worked for 1 yr at Serco Mumbai , call center executive Barclays.

Cons

no cons.. small stuff like if u take holiday without informing ,they'll deduct Rs 500. best part is they hire anyone coz they r always short on staff.
