The recent merger with SI International has placed 2 mid size companies together that seem to compliment one another well. The new larger company has the potential to be a new player on the block. The problem seems to be that there is lack of managerial experience. The 2 individual companies were midsize but acted as small businesses. The combined firm is now large but still operating as a small business. It will either come together quickly and rise to the occasion or fall apart. So a motivated person may take the ride up or down.

Used to work of Infovision before it was taken over by Serco. Ever since then, transparency has disappeared. No importance is given to the employees. All that matters is Profits. Extract from the Serco website: "Serco is proud of its employee relations record. We work to foster an atmosphere of mutual trust, harmony and respect among our employees and the customers we serve. Our commitment to equality of opportunity and diversity is deep rooted." NO ... its not what it says.
