      Pros

      Will hire anyone who can breath. Good benefits, while you last with the company, which might not be very long.

      Cons

      Bad administration; terrible training; dishonest practices in hiring; impossible production goals if you follow their work instructions and then if you don't follow them to the tee, you're dinged with critical errors. Will in reality hire for seasonal work while telling the candidates of "wonderful" advancement possibilities over time.

      Work location was ideal for activities.

      Cons

      The company proclaims an open door policy and that the less are the value of the company. This is not true. At least not in the air traffic program. The program is lead by individuals who have mediocre leadership skills at best. Even worse is that they have absolutely no integrity. They respond like offended children to anything they perceive as a threat.

      Pay is ok and so are the Benefits

      The Job is Boring and a lot of confusion. They do not know what's going on half the time. They treat the employees like children. They make up rules as they go. Most the management is not helpful. Training could be a lot better. I couldn't stand that place. They also say they have a open door policy , but then back stab you as quick as possible. You couldn't have an opinion what so ever. Place is just like hell. I got a new job, I wasn't terminated.
