Work from home- no more work transport costs. Ability for overtime

Cons

Phone audio quality is poor, constant tech issues The information articles used to do your daily job are poorly written and ambiguous KPI's for time, however, due to the nature of the clients of this contract it is impossible to control how long a call will take.

None, absolute joke of a company. Unless you want to have 0 authority. But when things go wrong (which they will) you will take 100% of the responsibility

Cons

50-60 hour weeks. Provide your own items (first aid kits, diesel, pens & cleaning products) as there is "no budget" you have to cut corners with health and safety and if that's not bad enough you also get a letter telling you to "keep your mouth shut & stop complaining" when you try to whistle blow. Glad I'm out! Earning more money in a supermarket.
