Terrific team and flexibility at the lower level.

Cons

Communication top-to-bottom is terrible and feels rushed and "OMG DO THIS RIGHT NOW" any time things change or must be done.

Pros

It's a surviving place for the local people in Harrisonburg, VA especially single parents parents.

Cons

Their expectations in terms of productivity is abnormal and crucial, it has caused many health issue for the people who are/were working there. Some had to stay to feed their families and some were asked to leave due to the length of their medical treatments for the injuries at work. I am sure one day they will face a serious lawsuit.
