      Nice people. Coworkers were friendly which was necessary since most of the work space was cubicles. centrally located to the naval base

      Cons

      Blue collar environment. Not a place to work if you are looking for an engineering or white collar work environment. Middle management had no office and had to perform work functions from a cubicle.

      Layed back atmosphere and flexible hours. VTO offered frequently because of low call volume. Good job for low qualified personnel

      Cons

      Young, immature management that wants to enforce dress code and dress like thugs and trash themselves. Treated and graded on work like in grade school. If a sale is made that agent should be complimented and not penalized for following exact call flow. Would rather hear an agent be relaxed than sound like a robot
