      International company with lots of interesting contracts.

      Cons

      Virtually impossible for growth for women. Hardly known in this country.

      Pros

      Government contract means good benefits.Vacation,health care-( and through Cigna is actually way better than the sneaky Obama/abominanble unaffordable contract the unlucky are mandated to deal with.

      Cons

      Overcrowding call center space is often full of coughing and sneezing. Your supervisor often is not professionaly trained,or aware of best practices.

      Pros

      Pay is reasonable Benefits are competitive, and much better than other local companies in the industry

      Cons

      Management is fully disconnected from the reality of day to day operations in many cases. Staffing is a constant issue, and that coupled with substandard training, coaching, discipline, and communication create a pretty unpleasant work environment. Mid-Level management have not been able to create one model of successful operations, and have therefore not been able to produce it.
