-Decent Benefits -H and W is great if you aren't taking out insurance. -coworkers are friendly

Cons

Going in you know there is a high chance that you are never going to get a raise. It is okay if you are looking for a job. I would not recommend if you are looking for a career. There not many growth opportunities

Program is extremely helpful for the clientele serviced.

Cons

The following information is my opinion. The pay is horrible. Employees must have advanced degrees, but the salary does not match the degree level that is required. The benefits package is not good (vacation, sick time, insurance). Upper Management does not seem to care about employees. Upper Management seems to put more emphasis on making money and keeping a body in a position than having happy, competent, engaging employees.

A consistent paycheck. Ability to do as little work as possible, but remain on staff. Food trucks are there on lunch periods.

Cons

Employees do as little work as possible to remain on staff. Has a distinctive high-school-esque feel to the work environment. Drama runs rampant. Management ineffective at best. Communication between home office and sites is deplorable.
