Hired on with a great management team, promoting my growth. Was respected by the entire Senior Leadership team.

Cons

Government contractor. Loss of contracts = replacement and layoffs of senior management, which dwindled down to me.

Pros

The people, the location, the building, middle management is usually pretty good!

Cons

Many simple routine processes are broken. Sr. Management lacks conviction to get anything accomplished many of them should be fired but instead rotate through other Sr. positions only to wind up back where they started still being incompetent. Benefits are terrible.
