Variety of challenging work. You can learn a lot of new skills outside your domain. There are some boomers that can teach you a thing or two. A lot of engineering discipline experts.
Cons
Leadership essentially has no path forward for your position/growth. HR and leadership want to get you as cheap as possible. Lack of recognition for groundbreaking work. Every group works in a bubble with little to no communication across groups.
