Serco in London, KY is by far the WORST managed company I have EVER worked for. They do not care at all about their employees. Management will stab you in the back just to get ahead. They show too much favoritism. I know several great employees who have quit because they refused to kiss management’s butt! And because they are an ‘at-will’ employer, they will fabricate stories to get rid of anyone that they cannot manipulate. I have seen it happen too many times! They have been known on SEVERAL occasions to lay employees off, with absolutely NO notice! And, when they do rehire, they will hire new people instead of the ones who were laid off! I have never worked for a company so unprofessional. They even rehired a guy who had been previously terminated for sexually harassing two different women. And, if that isn’t ridiculous enough, they had two managers who both had federal offenses against them. On a positive note, though, for all you drug users, they don’t drug test. 😉

Promotion for some if you are in the inner circle. No advancement for people who have worked hard and deserve it. Loyalty means nothing here. Toxic culture Upper management is free to belittle, bully and humiliate staff without fear of punishment since they are protected even after multiple incidents of inappropriate behavior and cover ups.
