Pros
Great environment handling and meeting government employees including military member. Great professional learning experience. Great way of experiencing and meeting diverse people such as employees and customer based environment.
Cons
Customer Service can be a bit demanding with entitled customers especially the ones who are not willing to understand government policy, as if they're an exception to the rule for not having pertinent documents required.
