Supervisors were over worked with too many employees per supervisor. Company was still trying to understand the correct formula to do the job after 3 years under contract.

I had to leave there due to a serious health issue. The management expectations were unusual. We had to sit and work in front of a double screen computer for 8 to 10 hours per day with limited breaks. Working overtime was mandatory in the weekend back then and the salary was below the average in the area. Many people left Serco for the similar problems. I always regret that I did not file a suit when I started my medical treatment and I got disability . I was hoping that they offered me a different position respect to the limitations I got from the work, but they did not.
