Incompetent tier 1 and 2 management. Invisible T1/2 management. Incompetent staff support services. Poor I.T. Poor staff support. Disciplinary driven culture. Poorly qualified and experienced staff. Dishonesty in practice which borders on criminal culpability. Bullying and oppressive culture. Huge disconnect between management and staff.
