Interesting place to work. Interesting people. The job itself, once you get the hang of it, is not difficult.

Pros

It is not difficult to get a job when they're hiring. As a low level peon some of my co-workers had no GED or diploma and the pay is pretty awesome for someone is that situation.

Cons

Oh boy. It was like high school. You will have days and weeks at a time where there is no work to do but they expect you to not have conversations during that time (some supervisors are tougher than others) but I remember the micromanagement to be pretty awful.

Pros

Great benefit package and good food.

Cons

Never trained us properly. Then fired me because I didn't do something correctly. When I requested to hear the recordings to plead my case they said no. I went from being looked at for a GC 3 lead to being walked out. I still am surprised.
