Long Overdue - Great company. Miss it.

Pros

Great smart people. Leaders were focused and knowledgable about the industry. Moved fast when they saw industry moving.

Cons

Junior folks/interns were hired and let go if they didn't work out. Especially in India. After acquisition different managers came into the picture.

Pros

Split shifts which allowed me to go home for lunch, no work on the weekends.

Cons

The owner was always focused on what was going wrong and never focused on what was going right. No matter how well you did, it was always a negative environment.
