Pros

1) Flexible timings :- It is based on projects but most of the project timings are flexible except the onsite calls 2) Work from home :- This is the best policy where you can work from home number of days.

Cons

1) Hire and Fire Policy :- They don't care about their employees like if they loose project. 2) Frequently change of employee from one technology to other.

Pros

I don’t see any pros here they have only short term plan. They keep hiring project specific , project gone employee gone. Good only for fresher as they don’t have anything to loss.

Cons

They can fire any day any time without any further notification. I would suggest serene AST company, please don’t misguide the experienced employee, hire only fresher and get work done.
