Fun variety of machines and clients. Fast paced.

Cons

High pressure at times. Sometimes an adversarial atmosphere between engineering and assembly for some reason.

The people are very friendly and willing to help. There is always something to do.

No major cons except that many departments are understaffed for the workload

High pay for the area

Cons

There are plenty of downsides. I would recommend you don't work here. No company leadership A shop manager that is manipulative and constantly making a negative environment for those around him Very high turnover rate Very poor work environment

Also, turnover rate naturally varies per department and is also not high when compared to most comparable companies.
