Pay Benefits Management Communication No follow up training

It was only 2 for me. After training, we were told we would wfh immediately. We’ll come to find out the company didn’t have enough computers for our class and we had to go into the office for an additional month… benefits were offered but it sucked! $200 a month if you want a decent plan for yourself. The morale is low, the micromanagement was out of control. I wasn’t here for long, it was ghetto. The calls are disrespectful, you’re not allowed to hang up on a customer, and if you keep transferring to a supervisor then its a write up, because to them it shows you don’t know what you’re doing. It’s very old politics that are ran here, will give you old equipment because the company is cheap.
