Pros

It was a pleasure to have worked for Sertifi. The management team was amazing, the environment that was created fostered growth and collaboration. The owners and head management really do care about their employees. They try their best to help develop their employees. I felt very comfortable approaching everyone at the company no matter what their roles are, to collaborate. I really feel like my ideas for processes were being heard. Fooda and Starbucks are also a nice perk.

Cons

As with growing companies, how to scale effectively will always be a challenge. Processes need to really be cemented so that they can lay the foundation. More documentation of procedures will be helpful for reference.

Toxic work environment and terrible product

Pros

Not a ton of pros come to mind. Sertifi did have a good office culture prior to Covid but anyone who contributed to that left the company long ago.

Cons

Terrible management and VP. They only care about making themselves look good to the CRO and co-founders and will throw you under the bus without hesitation. Comp is probably the worst in the industry. Don’t join this company if you have any self respect. Toxic work culture affects your mental health even after you leave the company.

Pros

Growing company with great people. It's still a small company, so you have the ability to make a big impact. Benefits keep improving. The company is fun, and a great place to learn and jump-start a career. Can't recommend this company enough.

Cons

Being a small company, there are not always resources available to pursue all the tech problems that they want to tackle. The recent hiring surge has been a big help.
