Management is HORRIBLE. There’s a reason the sales department has an 85% turnover rate. In my time there I saw a minimum of 10 salespeople leave including 5 BDRS. Also in that same time I only saw 1 person get promoted. I would be told by my AE that I was doing a great job and to keep up the good work. An hour later I’d have a call with my manager who would tell me that my AE was very dissatisfied with my work and would list off examples. I would then try to ask my AE what the issue was only to be told that nothing was wrong and it was just a miscommunication between the AE and my manager. This happened 3 separate times. It’s no mystery why people keep leaving, This company has BAD leadership.
