Cons
Too many to pen down, to start with 1. The day you will join the Company, you will get a surprise of Bond for a Year and amount of 1.5 Lakhs. 2. People are not in a position to decline because they left the previous Company and have come to join this one. 3. Salary is delayed for 2-3 months. When you will finally request for it, you will hear to statements from Pushpinder that money from Project has not come. Why have you hired people in the first place then, if you don't have that Status. 4. I am falling short of ill words to define the work culture and overall Company. 5. My ultimate advice to you is not join this Company, better stay jobless and try harder for something else. Because in here, you will only suffer loss.
