1) CEO- The only member left of the Core team, HR team, Finance team and senior management combined.
This situation is real. Due to the nature of CEO, there are less than 10 employees and 1 CEO himself are all that is left of this company
2) Salary - Delayed salaries would be an understatement. Payments were delayed by even 2 months straight.
Not to surprise, my second last month's salary and Full and Final settlement is not been paid even after 2 years after LWD and is denied whenever asked.( Reason - I do not have money to pay)
3) Appraisals - Impossible to get even Rs. 1 hike per year. People have been working for 3-4 yeara on a same salary
4) Rewards & Recognition - 0
5) Responses to Employees concerns - "It is always an employee's fault"
6) Satisfaction of work - One will never get it as there are always some monetary or Work related issues.
Mental harrasment is guaranteed.
8) Notice period - I could last only 9 months including 3 months compulsory notice period. Failing to serve which you will have to pay a bond amount.
And irrespective of if you have any dependency on you, you will be serving 3 months notice and working at client side just to keep the billing on for company.
CEO himself mentioned to me this when i asked for an early release considering i had no work dependencies.
Please Do Not go for it, even if you are jobless right now, you may find something better but if you join this place, you will end up suffering mentally and career wise more than being jobless.
