Well the list is quite large: 1. Salary - for which we join any company. It's never on time. We get salary from 15th - 30th. Yes some employees get salary on 30th also. Getting the complete salary is a dream as ur daily timesheet filled will decide the salary. Lack of time sheet hours will lead to salary deduction for that period. 2. Environment - is awful. Everybody has signed the bond and is helpless. On daily basis a new policy is released on how to torture an employee. 3. Flexibility - is nowhere meant for this company. 9:30-6pm u are all servpro's. After 9:44 each second matters and will lead to a short leave or half day leave. U cannot leave office a minute before 6.this will also require a short leave or half day leave. The only time that employees can go out is lunch time and is for half an hour. Crossing that half an hour will again require short leave or half day to be applied. 4. Leaves - more than 3 unplanned leaves will be rejected and will lead to salary deduction. 2 short leaves are allowed per month which can be used for late coming or early leaving. 5. Management- is the main reason for above all. The CEO shouts on employees like they are his servants. Full of unprofessional attitude.

- This company is fraud. - Having lot of issues in top level management - Salary processed after two month - People working in this organization are not eligible to get loan from bank - No one is happy in this company even CEO is not happy - You will get termination letter without any notice if you suggest something or talk about company policy - In case you join this company don't trust on COO, he having very ceap mentality - Not paid PF from last one year - No carrer opportunities - They didn't pay employees expenses from 2 years - Senior Management don't have trust on any employee except companies driver
