Regular delay in salary payments, No reimbursement of expenses, Worst Management and HR, No employee satisfaction, Do not think of making profit from business, 80-90% employees are willing to leave the company but cannot due to huge amount of agreement, unethical means of bringing new policies against employees and making money through it. All positive comments and reviews here should be fake and added by upper Management.

CEO should not hire people with high salaries coz they get their salary after 25 of every month. Also If u talk to hr or the CEO about it they will blame u or any xyz person in this world for the delay. Slot system for releasing salary in ascending order is really a torture. Every month there are 3-4 slots. Freshers will get their salary first then 1-3 years experienced then the Tls and lastly the managers. Fixed half yearly increment is one of the reason that people join this company but trust me that increment is now performance based. Joining this company is a very easy deal to crack but there is not a single person who has left the company properly. No one has got their Fnf. Some of them have not even got the relieving letter. Forget about experience letter. SO THERE IS NO POINT LEFT TO JOIN THE COMPANY
