All the experienced employees have left the company either by paying bond amount or gone absconding. CBI inquiry should be done against this company for theft of tax, salary delay for a unknown period & the intense harassment they cause once you are in the company for all the other reasons except work. No work culture, no client base, existing clients are served free of cost. Even when you decide to leave the company after all the harassment, they will ask you to pay the bond amount which was imposed upon forcefully and also serve the notice period. People who work for long duration also pays the same price, so that they can give salary to few people from that bond amount. Company's turnover is the bond amount they receive by forcing the employee to leave the company before the bond duration.
