Cons

Worst company to work with. They dont pay salary for 2-3 months. And for fnf they dont have any answer to update because they dont want to pay it. Not cleaned and unhealthy environment. Cheap management

Pros

In terms of learning , For fresher a lot to learn but you will have to be only interested in learning. Do not get involve in salary past , employee benefits or Like employment.

Cons

No. of points mentioning below :- 1. People as per there positions are not well qualified for there position.In this term Low level position people suffer a lot . 2. No respect or value of employee. 3. No increment as per there performance. 4. Even management stop communication when when you have some pending as relieving ,EPF,experience letter. This is not at all company its kind of British Govt. which rules anytime can be changed.

Pros

Unique company which is running by holding Employies salary nd Expenses and not by management. New politics to learn.

Cons

Company is bleeding with funds and still hiring employees. Worked less than year but found so many liability on company. It seems it's liability will be paid by Accounts person and not by company. Never expect releasing Document from HR (WORSE PERSON) Managementilising the power by holding full and final settlement &Documents.
