Pros

Little perks here and there that help balance life with work.

Cons

Alot of work. Little pay, no recognition for achievements and some people are extremely difficult to work with making the job even harder. More recognition for those doing less. Work lots of weekends. very little actual engineering done for this position.

Pros

The people that work along side you are amazing, they have a good product, they try to distract you from the real issues with cake and lunch.

Cons

Poor pay, no loyalty to long time employees, zero career growth, VERY clicky, poor management and inappropriate relationships with in upper management.
