Nice place but not so great compensation

Pros

Great culture and people. Great company to gain experience and get your foot in the door of electronics field.

Cons

Poor pay and benefits, not much room for advancement. Lots of micromanaging of employees and every second has to be accounted for down to even bathroom breaks.

One of the top companies providing power distribution units for data centers. Good medical benefits. A 401k and college tuition assistance are available.

Cons

Career advancement is very limited. Salaries are a bit on the low end. Things are a bit chaotic at the end of the month.

Pros

Started out with amazing products, superior engineers, good commission structure and lot's of atonamy.

Cons

Owners got greedy, cut commissions and lost sight of core of values. The best sales people quit, the rest drank the corporate coolaid.
