One of the top companies providing power distribution units for data centers. Good medical benefits. A 401k and college tuition assistance are available.

Cons

Career advancement is very limited. Salaries are a bit on the low end. Things are a bit chaotic at the end of the month.

Pros

Some aspects are great. We truly have some amazing people in positions that are critical to getting things done.

Cons

Management is striving to develop a mission but this company is 30 years old and still trying to be everything to all customers. Hitting a revenue goal at the clear risk of servicing their core customer base continues. Quality issues with products are simply an acceptable "cost of doing business" at the rate they crank out new products. If it fails in the field, we'll deal with it.
