Pros

Started out with amazing products, superior engineers, good commission structure and lot's of atonamy.

Cons

Owners got greedy, cut commissions and lost sight of core of values. The best sales people quit, the rest drank the corporate coolaid.

It's a job, and it's got decent benefits.

Cons

Leadership too focused on sales and tends to overlook others who work just as hard. High turnover rate.

Pros

Great atmosphere, company culture makes going to work every day fun, events every month to celebrate birthdays - makes everybody feel like they are important assets

Cons

The only challenge would be limited opportunities to move around throughout the company. Also the it team is fairly small so everybody's bandwidth is fairly full most of the time
