Thank you for sharing your experience with us as we appreciate the opportunity to hear directly from our team members. Here at SCI, we value our team members and prioritize their experience. Our Person-Centered Approach means that both our team members and the people we support, are at the heart of what we do. Our billing requirements are one part of the work that we do and they are guided by state regulations as well as our commitment to supporting people in a quality driven, timely and person centered way. As we grow, good communication is critical to how we support our team members. We just implemented a new initiative, the Coordination of Community Service (CCS) Town Hall, to enhance our communication to all CCSs. We hope that this is a time of learning, listening, and growing for all team members. Additionally, we invite you to reach out to your supervisor or program manager to share what good communication means to you and how we can better achieve that goal. Thank you for the work that you do on behalf of the people that we support and for being a part of the SCI Team!

Pros

Remote Flexibility Makes a true difference in people’s lives. Step & grade system.

Cons

Work tasks and responsibilities are always changing. CCSs have more responsibility then the providers we work with. Company expects 100% compliance.

We appreciate and thank you for sharing your experience. As an organization, we value People First, meaning that we prioritize our Team Members, as well as the people we support. As you mentioned, our Team Members work remotely and get to have a significant impact on people’s lives, which is one of the benefits most appreciated by Team Members. Our work is guided by state regulations and based on the needs of the people we support, which are always changing and evolving. While having a diverse workload can be a benefit to many, it can also create a challenge and we want to support our team members who have that experience. We truly value you as a team member and we invite you to reach out to your supervisor or program manager to discuss specific ways that we can support you. Our high standards for quality and meeting deadlines are directly related to the people we support and our mission to help them live the full life that they choose. Thank you for the work that you do every day to support this mission and have an impact on the people we support.
