Pros

Autonomy of schedule and rapport/relations. Company is always changing, adapting, and modifying. Rewarding job - working with and for people. Person centered throughout whole company. Met the CEO on the first day of orientation!

Cons

Communication. change process is a bit slow or super fast. Company grew exponentially and is now picking up the pieces.

Pros

Working with Service Coordination has been a great experience. The supervisor's do try to set the employees up for success. I am able to take time off if I need and doesn't feel like a burden.

Cons

Mainly with providers and not responding to e-mails/ phone calls.
