Pros

Low stress for most of the time

Cons

Low pay for work done Vacation is use it or lose it and no sick time. Lack of cross training meant you were the only person who did the work which meant that asking for more than a few days off for vacation was impossible

The benefits, the training, customers, and working independently..

Cons

Management and high stressed racist environment. They need to improve on alot of issues. I wish I could have left this company before the trash came in.
